feat: Add repository update summary and cleanup

- Added comprehensive REPOSITORY_UPDATE_SUMMARY.md documentation
- Cleaned up temporary files (oldapp.py, __pycache__)
- Updated log files and libraries.sh
- Documented all v2.7 changes and improvements
